The hose reel I got was 3 metre retractable hose , it constantly kinks and I would not recommend I am very very disappointed

Two weeks have passed since we have received the product and despite repeated follow ups, our calls for someone to come and install it has been completely ignored! As it stands, your product is a nonfunctional p. of s. I have not added a review on Google yet but I will, very soon. Our preferred course of action right now is a full refund!

I have only heard wonderful reports about Hoselink and I often use one to water our neighbours garden. When ours arrived I was more than excited…but I am having great difficulty pulling the hose out from the reel. Extending the hose is almost impossible fir me. My husband is also finding it difficult to use.

Bought the fertiliser mixer bottle and it was delivered in parts. It seemed impossible to put it together as one part does not want to fit over the other. I contacted hose link and advised if the issue , convinced it was sent to me Incorrectly. Without responding to my email - they simply shipped another item…… same issue !!!! My husband eventually hammered the plastic valve in ver the metal section - which resulted in damage to the item. So ridiculous!!! The item actually says perfect for people who suffer from arthritis haha…. No chance anyone with arthritis is putting these pieces together. This is a design flaw- the unit should be despatch intact and deco not I pieces. Very disappointed with customer service support on this matter .

I would not recommend this product. We bought the evolve hose and was so excited. But this thing is HEAVY and was impossible to install on our brick wall. The wall connector broke when we finally got it on. I’d hate to see how heavy it would be with water in the hose. Returning it involves taking it to a post office.

Don't have your call centre lady tell me that a product that is out of stock will be in stock within 2 working days, then I wait 10 working days and it still isn't in stock, and then when I call a second time have a call centre lady tell me is will not be in stock with enough time for it to ship before Christmas (it was meant to be a present for my mother), so I purchase a gift card so that she can purchase it later, and then 2 days later the product is available. Cool.........

Purchased 3 retractable hose kits early December, along with paid installation. Kits delivered but still waiting for installation to happen. Ezi-instal subcontractors are useless - despite me speaking with them regularly.

Verry disappointed withthe 30m hose real we purchased as a Christmas gift had to resort back to the old hose as the preasure out of the hoselink hose was not enough to drive the sprinkler and water leakes out out the bottom of the casing when it is in use

After readying all the hype of how good Hoselink was I ordered one. Very disappointed, leaked like a sieve from the cover, so much for Australian made, No quality control. Still waiting for a replacement and have to spend my trying to send the dud one back.

I bought a fertiliser sprayer. Three issues. it falls apart when I go to use it due to poor design, it doesnt swivel easy, upon sending an email to discuss weeks ago I have had no response.

I purchased a Hose Connector with Flow Control 12mm which was sent in a reverse configuration, to which HoseLink replaced. Now the replacement has pulled away from the screw making the unit inoperable. I was very happy with HoseLink a few years ago but for the price it's now seems like junk that is trading off it's once good reputation and name. Dissatisfied

I have not been able to mount the hose as I have hollow brick like 99% house in Australia and the screw is not tight to hold the hose. The screw is good enough for timber but not brick. I need chemset to mount hose which is not easy.

Thank you for your review Fanish! You are able to still mount the Hose Reel with Hollow Brick, you do just need to add Sikaflex to make sure the wall bracket is stable enough. Product got shipped.. the new and ‘improved’ evolve series 30m hose.. I install it, put it on.. leaks.. via the housing unit. Write to ask for help via the website.. no return:( Disappointing.

I followed the instructions and attached the reel to a brick pillar The plastic insert on the drilled holes were inadequate and it fell off I was looking forward to converting everything to Hoselink but will go back to Bunnings
