“Ordering and delivery were wonderful. The pods are faulty though for the first pack I bought. Air is not flowing through the heated metal clip at the bottom and it burns the liquid instead of turns it into vapor. I hope the 2nd package of pods works better or at all.”

“Initial delivery was Sat 4/24, then updated to Friday 4/23. It’s now Mon 4/26. Expectation remain to be seen.”

“2 out of the 4 things i got didn’t even work, i emailed them about the first one and they sent me a gift card which was nice. i then opened the 2nd one and it didn’t work either so i emailed them just asking for my money back for both those items because i won’t be buying from here again and no one has got back to me yet”

“I am a repeat customer and have usually had good service. This time, although it said items in stock not processed until I called a week later to follow up. Also received discount coupon in previous order for being a repeat customer but discount code wouldn’t work.”

“I have not received my order yet. The UPS has sent my package to USPS and their tracking web site says the order wont be delivered until Feb. 19. It is now Feb. 8, my order was supposed to arrive Feb. 4.”
