“Thevm availability is good and the shipping time is excellent. The problem I have with the last two shipments is that not all of the vapes work. I buy Blu vapes, tobacco ice. I prefer menthol, but that is not available.”

“I love your pods and the fast delivery. But since I've been bedridden and the company started where it requires signature the first month this was done ... my order was shipped back i never received it . Every month since I call and ask why I never got a refund back or what I wanted was simply credit to use on future orders but never got it.”

“The item I ordered was oversold despite still being on the website, and I was contacted a few days after putting in my order by a worker to either cancel my order or get another item. I had to get a specific item so I asked to cancel, but then they offered the same item in another color. Don't know why they couldn't have done that in the first place, and the interaction took multiple days. The website promotes fast shipping, but then my order took about a week after being contacted to arrive. This is a very untrustworthy website and I will not be using it again. If you're going to promote fast shipping, make sure it actually works out that way. Alot of updating is needed.”

“Vuse pods are TERRIBLE. They bubble, pop and leak constantly. I ordered 40 and at least half of them had a manufacturer default. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars rather than 1 is because I was provided a reasonable response from Elaine, in customer service. I appreciate that but not the garbage that I paid 256$ for.”

“I have been ordering for many moths now. More often than not I receive vuse pods that do not work. I used to not say anything bc I know stuff happens but after a while it felt like I was wasting a lot of money buying 2/3 4packs at a time and having multiple pods broken. So my last order I had 6 out of 8 pods not work at all. I finally emailed your company explaining the situation and they gave me a $28 credit which didn’t replace all pods and still charged me $10..99 for shipping. My order typically comes to around $58 I did not appreciate that at all. I haven’t ordered since until this past Monday. I just placed an order on 7/3/23 which I am still waiting for delivery.”
