The Barbour boots which I ordered were top quality and looked great, but unfortunately they were too big, a very generous (8). On the downside I was very disappointed to pay for both delivery & return. It cost me £10.00 for my husband having the pleasure of trying them on for 60 seconds. I won’t be ordering anything online from House of Fraser again.

I‘m disappointed that returns have to be paid for although it was advertised as free returns. As I need to exchange for another size it seems I will have to pay 3x for delivery. That is not an attractive service and I will no longer consider buying from house of frazer in future unless this will change. Regards Tobias Straessle

Not happy with two items I ordered ! Charged £9.99 delivery and £9.00 an item ? When they turned up it had buy one item for £9 and two for £14 ? I was charged full price. Also both items where damaged! Due to being disabled and unable to return these items as I have no one to return them for me. I have had to put up with them.

I am dissapointed by my purchase of the blazer due to several reasons. First, the blazer has wrinkles on the collar and it just doesn't look like a new purchase. Second, the colour of the blazer is different from the one displayed on the website. Third, the packaging of the blazer was quite poor and I cannot use the blazer without having it professionally ironed. I plan to return the blazer.

The ordered products arrived in quick time and were as described. The low score is due to the delivery charge and the cost of returning items. I understand the companies costs need to be minimised but with no ability to return to open stores there should be a free return option.

Wanting to return items. Unsure how as not clear on website nor invoice. Paid postage (this usually includes a return too) and it looks like you have to pay to return too judging from the invoice. On the internet it doesn’t mention a price to return items.

Delivery was excellent. But product was ripped should have been checked before sent as I had to pay for Delivery for damaged goods then had to send recorded delivery postage to send back it so product cost me £12.00 for absolutely nothing which I think is absolutely scandalous.

I’ve always loved HoF but usually go in-store or occasionally used click and collect. I recently ordered 2 branded coats totally £425 and had to pay £4.99 p&p I kept one but returned the other and then realised I had to pay for the return too! This is so short sighted as I could get those particular coats from another store and not paid p&p as most places over free postage over a certain amount and free returns. Needless to say I’ll be using John Lewis going forward ... shame!

Bought this Biba coat and the belt loop had snapped on arrival. Sent email with pics attached straight away and have heard nothing back! It was my first ever purchase so was bit disappointed and had just come out of isolation so was bit of a treat to myself!

I ordered two items. A child’s jacket and a child’s three piece jogging set (bottoms, t-shirt & jacket). They were sent directly to the recipient as a gift. The jacket arrived fine. However, the three piece set arrived with only the T-Shirt. Had I not mentioned the content to the recipient we’d never have known that they had try to short change us in this way.
