It cost me £8 to return the shoes as normal postage wouldn’t have insured me against loss They don’t provide free returns ?

Having spent £140 on Ugg boots, was desperately disappointed when they arrived in a battered box and ugg tissue paper, would have sent them back if they weren't a Christmas present

Ordered online over a week ago and the courier company which they sent the link for to track it still hasn’t received the goods for delivery. Very disappointing service, thought the service would be quicker as I paid £4.99 for delivery, didn’t think it would take so long for delivery.

As I haven't received most of my order from several weeks ago and haven't had a reply to the emails |I've sent and can't get through on the phone I would like to give a review but can't find anything positive to say just yet.

Sadly still waiting for items that were not in parcel to be told wait a few days still nothing and emails not going through to them very disappointing

Product packing all came beat up and damaged, no way of calling customer service, i had this email and still waiting on a response to the one i had to send. No chance of me sending items back and receiving new before xmas

The item was lovely as expected however I paid £7.99 for next day delivery but my item did not arrive the next day. I have contacted HoF customer services twice, which is no easy task in itself but have still not received a refund of the delivery cost bearing in mind the late delivery and inconvenience of having to wait in 2 for days.

Item was damaged . I emailed and asked for a returns label . I sent pictures of damaged item as proof and still no contact or return label sent . Item still at my house as isolating. So I can not go to post office to post back .

Quick service and delivery but was not at all happy with how my purchase was packed the shirt was packed in a very dirty bag.Seeing it was a present not happy and I'm inclined to think again about recommend ing or buying from you £85 pound is alot of money and you would think it would be right

I ordered off HOF. It took 9 days to be delivered. I was actually in the process of finding where my goods were when my parcel arrived even though on tracking it still says that it’s awaiting pick up When my parcel came the box that one of my gifts came in was completely smashed to pieces I tried to find a number to contact them but to no avail. They really need to step up their game. People can blame covid but the shops are empty so they are aware that people are doing more online shopping Too long for delivery. I have received goods from abroad quicker

Some of the items do not appear to be originals of the brands and are in fact copies. Is this normal practise for House of Fraser to sell copies?

Very concerned as I purchased two bottles of the same perfume as gifts, however, only one has been delivered but the HoF tracking message states two..😣 I’ve been unable to get through to customer services on the phone and have had no reply to my email..

I ordered through click and collect. One part of my purchase was a gift box from Clarins, costing over £70. When I got home I realised the box was completely battered and utterly ruined. This is really disappointing as this is a gift. I’m reluctant to go back to a busy shopping centre now, so will have to make do.

Ordered 2 items as they only had 1 of them in store. Did this whilst stood in store to ensure I could get them. Had one cancelled due to being out of stock and so was frustrated the website wasn’t up to date to reflect this. Postage is expensive compared to other retailers and it was annoying I had to pay £5 for an item I could have got in store. I would have rather my whole order be cancelled but hof didn’t give me the option. The despatch emails were also sent once my parcel had already arrived!

Items were badly packaged. Spending over £140 I would except the items to be packed well . All of the items were gifts and one of the boxed items was quite badly bashed and dented . A £60 top was badly creased and another clothing item looked like it had been thrown in . A real shame , I excepted more from house of Fraser and unfortunately it would really make me think twice about buying online with them again .

Unexplained delays in processing my order. Customer Services hid behind the difference between calendar days and your notion of 'working days'. If you want to survive, first make the limitations to your service very visible before the point of sale and , better, get up to date with 7-day working week. Plenty of people are looking for work. Please with the product.
