Ordered on 9 December, no order update or tracking available. Clearly was a Christmas present, no response to emails, eventually passed to Evri to deliver within 2 days and Christmas Eve due for delivery. Item did not arrive until 29 December. No apology, no response. Do not order from this company

From sending the parcel with the worst delivery service ever
To Evri loosing the watch
To having to call yourselves at least 6 times to no avail
To finally being told that the parcel was list and I am now awaiting a refund as the watch had sold out.

Appalling service. Ordered shoes over two months ago and they still have not arrived. I have phoned House of Bruar twice and promised two delivery dates - still no shoes. No contact at all from House of Bruar to explain appalling delay.

A total joke of a company to be honest. Instead of wasting money and paper sending brochures to people (this isn't 1999), they should concentrate on sending orders on time!! I made a purchase on 1st Jan and opted for next working day delivery. I called them on the 3rd of Jan only to tell me the item hasn't left their store!! That is the first and last time I will be ordering from them!! Ridiculous.

Terrible customer service. We ordered a meat delivery which was supposed to arrive a week ago but we are still waiting. When you contact them they just say they'll tell customer services but nobody calls back or seems to do anything. It is an appalling way to treat customers.
