“Extremely long delivery time, I ran out of nappies well before they arrived even though I ordered with two weeks left”

“I was pretty disappointed. I was told same day or next day delivery. At lunchtime when I called to follow up order that email stated had been dispatched the day before I was informed ordered had not been dispatched. When I told lady on phone my order was needed urgently she replied i should have not left until the last minute to which I replied that I was told same day delivery or next day or I would have driven to slacks Creek to pick up as I had done previously. I did not have the staff available to pick up on the day told not dispatched. To the ladies credit she did deliver the items on her way home from work but there was no greeting, no apology , not even a goodbye as she left .As a new customer and a growing company I was excited to be supporting a local company, who could deliver same day or next day but i was left feeling very hesitant to do so moving forward.”

“I did not receive what has been advertised. On the assumption that I would be receiving the advertised product I doubled my order and was extremely disappointed to receive a much inferior generic product instead. Your company was easy to deal with and the product arrived in good time but it was not the same product I had ordered.”

“Easy of order, speed of delivery 5 stars, sadly product itself was 1 star - coat hangers were so thin and flimsy that they bend under the weight of a simple t-shirt. I have bound 3 together to make a normal coat hanger width and strength.”

“I bought three 368-gram tubs of Vaseline... they've got a weird medicine-like scent to them. and they don't smell like regular Vaseline I've bought in the past. I don't know if it's couterfeit or if it's just a different product altogether. but it definitely smell unusual”

“I purchased 2 boxes of Buzz Lightyear Dry Nites and was sent 2 boxes of Cars Dry Nites. My son is Autistic and had a meltdown and wont wear them because they aren't Buzz Lightyear.”

“The size 6 mumma were to small The actual pull up pants we got in bulk had pieces of dead cochroaches in them. And over all not happy would be if they sent whole new replacement of size 7 . I think they need to consider long term clients as I wanted to keep coming as my sons on ndis but even the order took way to long to receive by post”

“In the beginning I would have rated this company 5 stars as my order would arrive in around 24 hours. Now, the order is taking sometimes up to 3-5 days and I live less than 45 mins away from the store. I realise couriers are struggling to keep up but I think they need to go back to using Fastway Couriers as they delivered much faster than the current courier service.”

“The turn around time, especially for NDIS orders is far too long. One full week from invoice to dispatch, now another 2 full weeks on and I still have not received the order. I need to order my next batch almost immediately after receiving this one.”
