“In all fairness I don't know this business well but it was the soap I ordered which arrived very quickly at a reasonably price charged.”

“Absolutely love all my products! One came slightly open so there was a small spillage but nothing too big. The aunt Jackie’s product can sometimes come smooth like cream or slight curdled. I believe it’s just a mixed batch as I got the curdled one but prefer the more cream consistency.”

“I was very happy with the quick response to my order from House of Nappies but I'm still waiting for delivery. On the tracking page for the courier Aramex it states that my parcel had been delayed. Thank you.”

“You need to change your courier. It's been more than 10 days and it's still not delivered. I placed an order with another business and it was delivered the following day by Auspost coming from a different state.”

“I can’t honestly answer or give my opinion on my experience because I haven’t received my order. It’s been a week now since my order was supposed to arrive and I have no idea when or if I’ll receive it. So, I can’t truly rate my experience or your customer service until I hopefully receive my order. “The wrong house number was put in after 1 an 1/2 yrs Of being delivered. I was able to talk to someone very promptly an was able to pick up my parcel 6days later.”

“Still haven't received the order, which is really disappointing. Normally orders come through so quick. Website is easy to use and pricing is great but do not understand why delivery is so slow and why there is no notifications either.”
