“Bogotá, Colombia to Santa Marta, Colombia. I called Avianca Airlines phone number at +1-831-|244|-|8250| i got my bookings over the phone . The flights cost less than half the cost of what comparable flights would cost in the U.S., and the plane and seating seemed pretty standard for coach service. I didn't get a choice of seat with the fare I chose, but I was happy I got a window seat both ways. I'd fly Avianca Airline again without hesitation”

“Just received an email saying my laptop will be delivered tomorrow, hence an improved 3*. No promised phone call, just their standard email. Good job I have access to another PC otherwise I would still be wondering where it is. Still, at least its done and coming home - if not, I will be leaving another 1* review. Not exactly the level of service from a blue chip company is it?”

“Shouts out to HP for excellent customer service and repair response. Everything got done in less than a week :) Don't find that too often.”
