HRGO Warrington are the first agency i have ever worked for.The staff are helpful and polite .However weekly pay should be paid weekly not in increments or after two or three weeks!DO NOT USE THIS EXCUSE OF AN AGENCY.

The interviewer, Sue, was very professional. However, I would have liked to have been told before the agency interview that I would have to fill in a lot of forms and go through my work history eventhough I had already submitted a cv. Luckily, I had just uploaded a new version of my cv onto cv library so I was able to access that through my phone, otherwise I couldn't possibly have remembered all the dates. The assignment at Royal Mail is fairly straightforward but it is hard work and does give you an aching back and sore feet by the end of the shift. However, I appreciated the strict rules in place regarding behaviour as it made the warehouse feel like a very safe place to work. Also, the manager, Adam, whose team I was in, was very reasonable and agreable. One thing to note about the hours is that they are not guaranteed and are just what is available. The hours can change depending upon demand from their client (which in my case was Royal Mail). The most demotivating aspect of the end of the second week was the delay in payment for work done the previous week. This was due to a computer glitch and because the agency has so many people for whom they need to set up accounts. It is probably wise to not rely on the money being paid exactly when expected and to make an allowance of a few days for the payments to be made. Also it is extremely important that you make a note of the hours worked in case of a discrepancy in the amount paid and what was expected. Sue told me this at the interview stage and she is absolutely right. The agency have so many people on their books so you have to take some of the responsibility yourself to make sure that you get paid for the hours you have worked. Finally, to end on a good note, I met some lovely people who were a pleasure to work with.

I came across Hrgo a short while ago and I'm very impressed with the way that they dealt with me, especially Rachael Nesbit who was always very attentive and reliable. All the girls that work in the office are absolutely lovely and polite. They really couldn't be nicer. A great agency to work ffor and very giis pay rates too... Antony James

So Disappointed with the ways they treat us. We're working in Royal mail in Warrington. It around a 100 staffs early/late and night shifts working for HR GO in Royal mail. We been having a lots of Issues with Ours Wages some of the staffs haven't get pay for weeks and some them there hours the work for haven't counted correctly, include me, It was a shame unbelievable and you have to ring them and nothing short out. But in all of it they don't care no apologies nothing not even a piece of sympathy or pity Blank. It that how they treats there Own Employees come on we the one who doing the hard work Man and Women working for HR GO this is how the treat us.

Worst agency I worked for. Everyone is saying something deferent, they book you to job for all week, 2h before shift they text you that shifts are cancelled. I waited for work weeks and every week after I was ready to go out for my shift text message that shifts are cancelled. Also delayed payments. Very untrustworthy agency and people.

I'm sorry I never got back to you sooner, The job was not what I expected infact it was a nightmare. The turn over of staff must be unbelievable I could not but into this short review what I need to say so I leave it at that thanks for the opportunity but I wouldn't like anyone to have the experience I had again thanks Mr Anthony Dalton

Friendly agency workers, easy to talk to. Could improve on consistency when it comes to shifts. Theyll call you in and then send you home. Late on letting you know shifts have changed. Which is a pain. And Joined up isn’t consistent on sending your shifts.
