As you are aware it has been sent, the issue is your country has a huge back log with parcels due to covid related staff shortages

“If only all online shopping experiences were as good as H.S. Johnson. The watch prices are extremely competitive, post-purchase communcations and delivery were all excellent. There was a slight issue with the watch battery which was rapidly resolved without any problem whatsoever. I would certainly buy from here again and can highly recommend them as a business that has superb customer service.”

“I purchased a brand new Squale Onda from them. Every other place online IF they even had them, was substantially more expensive. Took a couple extra days for shipping from Europe to the states, (which is to be expected) but worth the wait for the money I saved. Watch is beautiful and I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.”

“I haven’t got the watches yet. Called to the Post of Russia, but get the info that the package is still in GB. By the way, my previous “purchase” (earrings) were not delivered at all and H.S.Johnson also did not pay off or try to send it again.”

We have one order from you only in the last 4 years ? on the 26th Dec, which has been sent but will take some time as we are in the UK and you are in Russia, at Christmas/New Year time, during a pandemic with issues all over the world

“I ordered my watch before 14:00hrs on day one and it was delivered by 11:00 the next day. The price was excellent and when I got to the checkout page I was offered more discount. I will use this company again.”
