“It’s a little premature to be writing this seeings how I have yet to receive my product. I have reached out but was told it is what it is. Not very comforting and not how I’d like my 1st transaction with them to go. I will hopefully edit this once and if I do get what I ordered”

You ordered on Jan 10th, it was sent on the 11th, we are now on the 19th, we are in the UK you are in the USA, in a pandemic at a time when the worlds couriers are experiencing huge issues, as we have explained to you.

“Ordered a watch in September which was the lowest price I could find anywhere. The watch battery ran out a week or so ago, so I contacted HS Johnson. They asked me to return my watch to them and they sorted out the battery, refunded my postage and had it back to me the next day. All for free, can't get better customer service than that!”
