“Excellent watch, great price. Unlike some other sellers, the watch came with all its protective films, and crown lock in place i.e. a new watch - what a refreshing change from the usual high street shops. I have used this company many times and will continue doing so with this level of quality service. Express delivery too.”

“Very disappointing in the product I received. I ordered a watch after Christmas only for it to arrive and not be working! Surely these things should be checked before sending them out to paying customers. Normally with new watches you get plastic covering over the face of the watch and something over the straps to protect that. Having this shows what your buying is new as well! Mine had none of this and the strap looked worn and marked. When I emailed to say how unhappy I was I was told that “not all Tommy Hilfiger models come with the protection”. Since sending the watch back and ordering else where it appears they do! Very disappointing. The only positive thing I can say is they refunded my money very quickly but this should never have had to happen in the first place.”
