“I couldn't be happier with the service I received from H.S Johnson. Queries were answered promptly and every one of my questions were answered. As I was purchasing the watch that I wanted from Australia, I was reassured by this excellent level of customer service. Despite the problems with shipping due to the pandemic, the watch arrived relatively quickly; it was well-packaged and I had a tracking number that allowed to follow its progress the entire way. The watch was exactly what I wanted for an amazing price. I couldn't recommend H.S Johnson more highly.”

“I recently bought a Festina watch from HS Johnson and it arrived much quicker than I expected which was great. Unfortunately, I didn't realise how big the watch was and in the end it just seemed to too big so I returned it. The next day I received a courteous email to say they had received the watch and a refund will be processed. The next day the money was credited back to my account. Excellent service, would highly recommend and would definitely buy from them again.”

“Do not use Israel Postal Service. It will ruin your reputation. Many other good delivery services operate here. I still have not received my package more than a week after it arrived in Tel Aviv”

Duplicate review !!!! We replaced the broken part of the item with a new one and refunded your return costs, you didn't like the fact we returned the original item with the broken piece replaced but we had to do so as you had badly damaged the packaging when opening it on arrival, you clearly didn't like this hence your review but we did zero wrong here.

Your order was sent on the 6th December to Germany from the UK at Christmas in a worldwide pandemic, it is now the 16th, please be patient, the world is broken, expectations need to be lowered not heightened at this time

“Envoi assez rapide malgré un passage par les douanes. Dommage que le royaume uni ne fasse plus partie de la communauté européenne car j'ai dû payer 24 euro de frais de douane en plus. si j'avais su j'aurai commandé la montre en France. Cependant le colis est arrivé en très bon état”

“I can't recommend H S Johnson enough. Easy to order on-line, delivery was fast and tracking was supplied. The product was as described and it was the best price I could find. The website states clearly where we are based, the UK The worlds couriers are all facing major disruption due to covid and Christmas, you can see that clearly from the tracking you received DHL and there like are also affected and many many times more expensive
