“Watch packaged safely. Great price, thank you I incorrectly understood that the watch would arrive within a day or so, but hadn't factored in the processing time between purchase and actual shipping, which took longer than expected. Beautiful watch.”

“I ordered a watch from across the UK and was pleasantly surprised at its arrival within a day or two. Very quick and efficient I'd say. As for the watch, it arrived undamaged and as expected. I do however think it was tried on by other customers and not replaced in the packaging very well causing the cushion and contents to arrive slightly unloved! However, I didn't pay full retail for it, so I can live with that. I'd buy from H.S. Johnson again after a phone call to check condition.”

“The good review is for H.S.Johnson not for the watch i did receive. The watch was not what I expected, very bad quality and cheap but H.S.J are not responsible as it is a genuine Tommy Hilfiger watch. Very surprised that a big designer brand can make such a bad quality watch. H.S.J were very good with the delivery and communication and they had the best price of this watch online.”

“Whilst I understood the watch was being delivered without its box, it was described as "New". Disappointed to find a significant scratch on the reverse of the case! Apart from that, all seems good.”
