I never had this problem before I shopped at HSN. So despite their "we don't sell your information" spiel, they do sell you information. Stay far away!”
“Be very careful with Flex pay. They don't practice giving you a true balance and they will charge you a late fee promptly. When you complain they let you know that you agree to flex pay which will run it's course. No matter if you pay the balance off before time or not. Warning, be absolutely sure when you're due date is and be sure to pay on that date. Otherwise they have no problem with charging you a late fee + an additional charge as well. Be careful about the product you order as well. It may not be serviceable if it is defective.”
