“We applied for a mortgage with Union Bank. It was a frustrating process with a lot of poor communication on their end. There was over a month of back-and-forth in which they repeatedly sent us things to sign that were a misunderstanding of what we'd told them over the phone, we'd clarify, they'd send out corrected documents that were still wrong. We did secure the mortgage, but closing was delayed for a few days by their trouble getting the information and documentation they needed from us and by their poor communication.”
