Hi Morad, Thanks for sharing your feedback! I'm not sure which product it is but seems like crushed crystals, which could have been crushed due to the harsh transportation environment. Either way, please always contact our customer service if the wrong product form has been delivered, and we will find a solution. “Realchems has always been very straightforward and easy to use. I’ve had a couple of glitches with deliveries here and there but that had nothing to do with Realchems. The delivery service (who shall be nameless) was at fault and there were some delays and packages that were simply not delivered. It did take some time for Realchems to figure out what was going on but they always reshipped my packages and to their credit, they have gotten rid of the delivery service that was causing the problems. I also have to give them five stars because their customer service has always been top notch. The people there have always been very friendly and accommodating. Roxy is just great.”
