“Well, sometimes it took longer as it's supposed to be, but actually it is not the fault of Realchems, but our buyers fault, as an example: when we don't make a picture of the bank receipt of sending the money amount. Otherwise is the Realchems Team correct and one of the most trusted internet shop, and in other words: there are many internet shops who are offering these products for sale, but 95% of them are fake, where you send the payment and they don't send any products at all... Thank you very much for the detailed review! It is true that not sending proof of payment to payments@realchems.net can delay the dispatch of your order. So we always encourage you to include the order number in the description/reference for the payment and send an email to our billing team. Most EU bank transfers take only a day to reach us, so if you do all the steps you can get your order dispatched in a day or so. Hugs from the RealChems team:)

“After a inconvenience my payment was confirmed after 10 days. ("We are experiencing some delays due to a bigger volume of orders lately. Sorry for the inconvenience.") There could have been a easy solution.. If they managed to send this in a automatic mail or the website, I wouldn't be that impatient. After 15 days I received my package. About delivery: there should be a pickup service option so the order can be send at an pick-up location. Hopefully this won't occurs again at another order..”

“My first 2 orders I placed without an RC account. Order processing was delayed seriuously. Luckily the customer agents provided info on the status of my orders ... I just opened an account with realchem .. that way I can follow up my orders easily :) ... just placed a new order for some more LSD analogues research”
