“Very good supplier, products are of high quality, the customer service is insanely fast to respond (while also being super helpful!). The package arrived in less than a week through DPD, I would suggest others to invest a bit more and not choose airmail without tracking.”

“Ordered to Australia. First shipment lost - presumably confiscated? Don’t know. RC offered to send a second order - half quantities - free of charge. Arrived a month later! Excellent customer service. Very responsive. Thanks RealChems team.”

“1st order that I made with airmail never arrived (to be expected 100%). Always make sure that you pick a tracked option such as DPD or DHL when purchasing! The 2nd order that I received came in about 6-7 days. Products are of good quality and are decently priced when you have a coupon code. Customer support is also really efficient to respond to any questions either with live chat or email. The company is legitimate, but please always choose a TRACKED shipping option!”

Hi Damien, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! Unfortunately, untracked airmail can be unpredictable sometimes, and there's no way to know what happened to it in mid-shipment. And there's nothing we can do as it is just a letter with stamps. But some prefer it as it doesn't require a signature. So we do also encourage choosing UPS or DHL right now, as they are the best overall shipping services. Hopefully, your experience forward with us will always be worth 5 stars:) RC team, Daniel

“Note: For some reason cant revise my previous review. So i will recap. They made a mistake in my order, they recognized their mistake and few days later they send me the rest of my order. If anything else that shows responsibility. They are legit, a bit prone to mistakes but after all who is not, right? Thanx RealChems”

“Pros: They're legit (kinda) They post REALLY fast. In my case they send the stuff in about 4 hours after i sent them the payment pdf from the bank. I even checked their domain AND DHL domain (Actually checked everything that could give me a hint i was in troubles) and everything came out legit. The envelope was discreet. DHL came in about 8-9 days that felt like an eternity but to be honest wasn't. Cons: They DO make mistakes (or so it is a mistake i want to believe so far) and sent the HALF order. When spoke to them they told me that the packing stuff will send me an email to make things right, whatever that means, 5+ hours later and still waiting. One thing i found strange was the dividing of the pills, ordered 100 pills (received 50) and came in envelopes of 10+10+10+5+5+5+5!!! Seriously WTF! why? My OCD demands a logical explanation! So my big dilemma is...do i order more stuff from them? Have no clue, kinda afraid to make a big order thats for sure.”

“Really disappointed.Yesterday received my package with wrong products.Instead of NEP and NDH in the package was 10g of 3-CMC and 2 blotters of 1cplsd.Really irresponsible from Realchems.If i had a problem with customs for 10g of 3-CMC who would help me??I threw the package right away because i hate 3-CMC.I dont want a reship or a refund.Next time i will try an other vendor.Realchems really irresponsible!!!”
