“Confusion about my order resulting in shipment delays. This keeps happening unfortunately. I would advice to order at least 3 weeks beforehand to allow for delays with processing and shipping. Service and product are sufficient but response time does take longer than normal standards.”

“My shipment status hasn't been updated since "received in country of destination" - it's been over 40 days since initial posting from RC - maybe I shouldn't have spent so much (~350usd) on my first purchase, but at this rate, I don't think I will be making another purchase and, unfortunately, I don't think I can recommend RC to anyone in my country. Unfortunately, a lot of factors may affect delivery timeframes, such as weather conditions, warehouse maintenance, transit delays, and COVID factors. Also, it's very important to check the status of the products you're going to purchase in your particular country. If it's restricted in your country - there'd risk of seizure by customs. Our shipping team always takes care of dispatch time and tries to ship all orders in a timely manner.
