Hi Antoine, unfortunately, we haven't heard back from you via email. As for your order, it has been reshipped in 3 business days after you contacted you about it and delivered 8 days later by DHL. It is stated in our shipping policy that the customer shall contact us if the order hasn't reached him in 15 days, or doesn't show progress for 5 working days. We will then have 10 working days to get it moving and if it is not resolved with DHL in 15 working days - we will reship the parcel for free. So please always contact us if you have issues with the delivery so we can resolve them for you, Best regards, RC Team

“the only reason i'm giving 1 rating is because there is no 0 rating, 2 months since i made my order and the only thing i received are empty lies and promises, nothing has been shipped or received, so save your money and go somewhere else.”

Unfortunately, we have no influence over PostNL tracked shipments once they leave our facility, and shipments outside of the EU can take a while, so we have a maximum waiting time set up before we offer reshipments. Hi Sylvain, thank you for your feedback, We haven't received any claims about product quality from you, can you please check your email and send us pictures of what you have received? Based on your description I can only assume that your package was unsealed during shipment and water managed to get inside. This could have happened only if the envelope was cut, or someone opened it mid-shipment, as each product is placed in an individual bag and then inside a bigger mylar foil bag. Either way, please reply to our email so we can review your case, RC team

But I do see another order from August which was dispatched with a long delay, but once you sent us your payment confirmation the order was shipped within 5 days, which is the normal processing time for manually confirmed bank transfers. Hi, thanks for the review!:) There are a lot of things that affect the research outcome and perceived potency. For example the history of previous studies, the amount of sleep that scientist had, the cleanness of their lab from other chemicals, etc. If we talk about lysergamide droppers, in particular, they shall always be closed tightly, cause if left open, some ethanol can evaporate making each drop slightly more potent.
