“The products are perfect, but I have an ongoing problem with DHL, the courier service, who make no attempt whatsoever to deliver mail from this business. I have to go and collect it, which defeats the point of it being mailed to me. Next order I’ll see if there’s another delivery option. If not I’ll stop ordering because I’m not going to collect my mail any more after this last delivery.”
