“They used to be a serious business, but last time I ordered they just scamed me like nothing… I used to be a loyal customer (got their T-shirt, mug and other stuff I som by engaging in their competitions which were fun, its just a shame that the same business which I remember being so good in this industry, just scams me of 100€ which is not that much, but still unbelievable. After couple of emails they responded me with: “your phone number is not valid” :D well I use this phone number for few years now and thats the last thing I heard from them. RIP realchems. Too bad LL got them listed as trusted retailer. They are not serious business anymore! Be aware, dont waste your money, there are other serious vendors out there.”

We are sorry to hear that you are not sastisfied and you feel you need to give us the bad review for a case which is still open. I can see that the CS is working on the case, so the issue should be solved soon once we have a correct phone number. This is something requested by the courier, so it might be that their side had an issue if the number is still the same.

“UPDATE: RC Team got in touch with me and send me a track number of a re-send parcel. For now things seems to be working good, like past experiences. Alea jacta est. I’’ so upset… I use to have great experiences with. RC. But now im facing problems with the delivery for more than 3 weeks. I really hope they solve my problem.”

Hello Luana, Sorry to hear that. We always take care of our customers. Please contact our customer service so they can look into this and we will need to open a claim for you. To do this we need to inform courier of the contents of the package (we need your approval to do this). Once we have your approval, we then have 2 weeks to get this moving, if we can’t get it moving in this time then we will reship to an alternative address.

“I did receive the order , but there was nothing inside And the support is not answering since 1 week I would have like to order again or get an offer or a reimbursement but nobody is answering , and the chatbot on the site you're just waiting 5 hours for nothing everyday Edit : they asking to delete the bad review without doing any support , the chatbot is not answering , the support neither , i hope you all never will have to do something with the support because there is no support 2nd edit 2 month after : still not receive anything , they tried to reship it but i received nothing and now they don't want to refund me , Worst support ever , i really dont recommend ordering here , because if you have a problem once you will just lost your money and get nothing Never saw a support like that , they are trying everything to not refund when the problem is on them or on them carrier , they just say : " we can't refund because the address is not good" , and guess what ? i did other order that i received at this address I already found an other site so i guess i will never order here again , they have no support here and they will try to rob you when you do more expensive order ?”

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. I checked this with our dedicated customer service team and they already replied you 6 days ago, the same day as your message came in and we are waiting for you to come back on the message. Can you please check and answer? For the second shipment (the re-ship), the courier has clearly indicated that the parcel is sent back because there is an issue with the address given. We used the address you informed us. We now have to wait till the parcel comes back before we can take further action, this part of our shipping policy. We understand your frustration but we have to follow our policies. Once we get the parcel returned there will be a follow up and we solve the situation as we always do.

“There were itens missing in the delivery. First time it happened to me (I've been buying for a while) but the support found a way to solve this issue. I was unhappy when I opened the box, but at the end I think both sides can be happy with the solution. Thanks to the support.”

Thanks for your feedback, it is always valuable information. We can see that your parcel took 5 days (weekend included) which is the standard to your country for the courier we use. This is something we unfortunatley cannot change. Not many couriers will be much faster when delivered from our country and not many are as reliable. We are glad that you like our quality.
