“You have good prices but a very important problem with the delivery. Ever, ever, EVER! It is lost and I have to give you a new address for a "second" delivery. More than one month waiting! Disgusting”

“Great products and service, but can be a pain having to pay with IBAN then send over a proof of payment before shipping - makes order process lengthy. Would prefer to do simple card transaction online if possible.”
