Hello Marc, Thank you for your feedback! We understand you are upset with the situation and apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. Your package was dispatched on the 30th of November. Due to the Christmas and New Year Eve hassle, some delays may occur from time to time. Post NL among other postal services is experiencing some hold up at the moment, we are sincerely sorry for that. Also, we put a clear note on our website that the Standard Airmail shipping method takes the longest time for delivery (1-7 weeks) and it is pretty risky. Therefore, we are just kindly asking you to allow some more time for the order to be delivered since there were a lot of days off due to the Christmas and New Year celebrations. Please, do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail or online chat, once the allotted time pass. We'll do our best to leave you satisfied!

“They have the best prices, and a points system that makes you save as a customer. Unfortunately, the standard delivery system is lousy. I have already lost 2 orders, after which it is more expensive in the end.”

Hi Maria, Thanks for reaching out! We appreciate your feedback! We're really sorry that your package doesn't make it to you. As far as I can see your order was shipped on the 29th of November. Please, be advised, that Regular Airmail takes the longest among all other shipping options - typically it's 1-7 weeks. You should receive the package within this time. Regular airmail is a bit overloaded due to the upcoming holiday. I wish we could speed it up - but it's beyond our control, unfortunately.
