“i have ordered for the second time on the Last month via DHL and Never received my goods,an investigation has been made in order to be reshipped,but im extremely sad to realize how bad the sending service has becomen...otherwise their chems are usually from à very fine quality.”

Unfortunately, a lot of factors may affect delivery timeframes, such as weather conditions, warehouse maintenance, transit delays, and COVID factors. “After back and forth messages on reddit with realchems I had told them my package was sent to the wrong address and was told i would get a re-shipment to the correct address, but instead got it sent to the incorrect address twice, im hoping to rectify this mistake as i still haven’t received my order. As I see, the dispatch and delivery took 9 days for your order, which is about an average time for DHL parcel deliveries within the EU (most orders arrive in 5-7 days). “I have placed aún ORDER and it has been shipped since 08.24.22, the courier company tells me that it cannot be traced and that the sender must contact them, I have informed real chems and they wash their hands, they tell me that I have to wait 10 more working days, and my order not arrive, I feel cheated”

Hi Simon, Thank you for your feedback, Your shipment with DHL stopped showing progress on 02.09, as per our policy we ask you to contact us if the shipment hasn't moved for 5 working days, which is already the case. Today we have started an investigation about your and a few other packages that stopped showing progress on 02.09. Since you have already successfully received your order before, you can understand that everything is real, and we have to obey our rules and policies to which you agree when you place an order. We are not "washing our hands" out of it by any stretch of the imagination. For obvious reasons, it is in our best interest to locate the parcels with DHL and get them moving to clients asap. If DHL doesn't let us accomplish it within 10 working days, or they confirm the package to be lost – we will proceed with a free reshipment as per our policy. So you will receive your order either way. But please bear with us for some time right now, as we need a clear answer from DHL before we can send the second shipment. Thank you very much for your patience, RC Team
