“Everything was fine until I placed the order and purchased enough for free shipping, but at no point was I ever given an estimated time of arrival or a way to track my shipment. Perhaps I missed it, but I'm usually very careful about buying things from websites. It's a gift for a friend and I couldn't find it elsewhere, so I went ahead with it. Maybe adding, or making it easier to find shipping and/or tracking information on the site is worth looking into. Thanks”
“Has a weird taste. Doesn’t hold a charge for too long. Half of the time no smoke comes out when it’s loaded but not too full. Maybe it’s user error. But I’m not impressed.”

“I always buy from Ryot. Love their wooden one hitters. Was ordering 3 and saw the deal for 6. I decided to get more and do the 6 for the deal. They sent me the wrong style, picture and discription I choose was the flat top, I got sent 6 with the sharp tops. I’m still using them because I needed them but it was not what was pictured and not what I ordered.”
