“The driver was polite and courteous. He called 20 minutes before arrival and called again once he was at the house. He handled the crate and it’s precious cargo very gently”

“I can’t really rate this because I never met the driver! He was pulling away waving as I pulled up to my house . He left the dog with my friend who does live there but I thought he should have waited for the owner who purchased the puppy & check my ID!! But other than that my puppy was safe and is adjusting well. Thanks Cynthia Walter”

Hi, we take customer service to the extreme and would love to talk you you about the overall delivery experience. Your driver that day is one of our best but he did forget to ask for ID after he slipped and fell and as a result was a bit out of sorts. We have private messaged you direct contact information. “My experience with my pet cab was awesome! Katie delivered my puppy to me nice and clean. She was a joy to speak with and she gave me all the information i needed also my puppy came earlier then expected which is a plus ❤️”

“From first contact, to delivery at destination, through all steps including sharing the details/specifics of the trip, getting ready for transport, pick-up time and location, and updates during the trip, everyone was extremely professional, friendly and helpfull. At no time, I feared for my pet as the RV was in top condition and the drivers were so pet-loving persons. If it was possible I will rate 6 stars as every operation was flawless and perfectly executed.”

“Our driver was Jan Nolan and she was excellent. She called 50 minutes ahead of arrival given us time to prep so all our attention was available for our new arrival Winnie. Jan had provided Winnie with water and a walk prior to transport. Jan did a great job providing the details on the information and material that came with Winnie and her crate as well as contact information for us, including her phone number if we had any questions. All in all an excellent experience.”
