This was our first time using My Pet Cab so we didn't quite know what to expect. We were very happy our dogs were very happy and well cared for. We are so happy we found My Pet Cab and will using them a lot in the future.

It was such a great experience. The gentlemen who brought us our dog was fantastic. He made sure our puppy was well taken care of: fed, had water, was clean when our pup arrived. Our dog was calm and happy! Thank you for a great experience!

Great communication and care. Traci Brearley was super kind, caring, and very thoughtful of our little girl. Such a relief to know that they take steps to put our Corgi’s interests first and foremost during travel to ensure she arrived safe, healthy, and happy! Thank you. 💕

Dean did a great job with the puppy delivery. He was friendly and knew dogs well. He made sure the puppy felt safe throughout the journey.

Service was good but I didn't get a phone call when you were on your way from the airport (and I was told I would get one). The night before I was told 1-3pm window and our puppy arrived around 12:30pm with no phone call. Fortunately we were here.

Hi ,thanks for the feedback. The flight was early and we do what we can to get the pups to their new homes safely and quickly. Our driver did attempt to call at 1215 however he reversed the last two digits of your phone in error and left a message that's why you did not here from him. He understands the importance of calling and will make sure he does not make the same mistake again . Congratulations on you new family member!

Our puppy arrived right in the window of time we were given. He was clean, and just-a-little anxious. Within minutes he was playing and eating a treat. My Pet Cab made the last mile of his journey very comfortable.

My Pet Cab was wonderful. Kylie was the driver who brought our new baby home. She said that called before leaving the airport and reached us in the time frame. Very pleased with the service.

Dean was great. He paid a great deal of attention to my puppy and my family, making sure we were all comfortable before he left. He sent a whole bunch of pics that we appreciated I received several advance notifications so that I knew when exactly the puppy would arrive. Very professional service.

Puppy spot gave me delivery information that was far different from actual delivery. I didnt get a call the night before arrival confirming delivery detail, i called the next morning to find out whats going on and was told they tried calling me but were unable to get through. Told me the driver would call an hour before delivery, again no calls and they showed u at thr front door and ruined the surprise. Driver was nice but said she had a bad number? PuppySpot had all the correct information. Obviously disappointed the plans to surprise my daughter fell apart. Told 1:30 delivery and showed up without notification around 3:30.

We are so sorry we couldn't help with the surprise. Those are certainly precious moments and our drivers are tremendous and experienced in pulling the surprise off. As the Last mile piece of your puppies journey we are limited to the information given . Looks like we did not have the correct phone number and we have reached out to the company that your purchased your puppy to let them know. Congratulations on your your new addition!
