“My Pet Cab was able to give me a reasonable window for my pet's arrival. The driver communicated with me when they were nearing my home. And the driver made sure I was comfortable handling my pet and their crate before completing the delivery. I really appreciated all of this.”

“Kate was excellent. I called her and she didn't realize she was 10 minutes from my place. Ha. Awesome recovery. She was here in 12 minutes. My puppy was clean. Full of energy. He's a ball of fur. Gave Kate a tip. Said our good byes. She took a photo and sent it to me too. Fun. Thank you! S”

“Kristi was on time and called before she arrived. She brought Lucy in and opened the crate and gently coaxed her out to meet us. She was apprehensive at first but slowly warmed up to us. Kristi showed all the documents that came with Lucy as well. She was very nice and pleasant.”
