“Ray the driver was very kind and the exchange of our puppy from his vehicle to our home was seamless. I tried contacting your company a couple of times to arrange a time & place that I could have & would have come half way and met Ray so that he didn't have to travel as far as he did - the only time I got someone live on the phone I was told that someone would call me back and no one called me back. I am giving Ray a (5 excellent review) but that does not apply to your company.”

“It was overall a good experience, however my doggie arrived with a piece of something stuck on his fur. It just seemed my pet had likely pooped and left like that during the flight or drive because it looked dry and from a day or 2 ago. This is all besides the accident that the doggie had during transportation which I completely understand can happen anytime and the driver notified me and offered to take care of it.”

“Very professional and respectful, they called as soon as they had the puppy ready to go, informed me if travel time, and ensured I was okay over the phone, during transport. When they arrived they took their time with the puppy, and she was so excited and happy when she got here, I was so happy and blessed to have you guys transport her. Thank you so much and have a healthy and wonderful rest of the year!”

“I didn’t know such service existed, what a wonderful idea! Didn’t have to deal with the hassle of getting to the Airport. Bob and Tim kept me informed every step; luckily they text multiple times for people like me who miss the calls. Professional and courteous, couldn’t ask for more. Thank you”
