“For me this was the first experience and I must say a wonderful one. The gentleman who delivered my puppy was warm and kind. It showed in the puppy's response to him . He showed a lot of care for what he was doing. He also explained some features of my dog which on this day I realized was very important. A person with a real love for animals.”

“Driver was hurried and did not even glance at my new pet who has been n the car with him. Not a pet person at all. I thought he might speak about how he did on this travel bujt he did not say a word”

“I was very pleased with the exceptional service provided by the Paul the driver. He went above and beyond and waited an extra 15 minutes while I finished up a zoom call meeting for work. He was very attentive, friendly and kept me abreast of his ETA”

“On 10-2702021, I received a Golden Retrevier from Puppy Spot who was flown in in a jet from South Dakota. Needless to say I love my dog. But I had to submit a comment on the excellent service I received from My Pet Cab. The driver was a young lady by the name of Kate P. She was professional, courteous and represented your company with outstanding customer service. Being in customer service my entire 38 year career when I retired I always valued excellent service. So Thank you My Pet Cab and Thank you Kate P. Delivery was made in Philadelphia.”
