“Ashley was excellent about texting me to update each step of transportation. The prior person who called also let me know the timing window for my puppy. Ashley was also good with information to think about for the first day. We also love the new crate he came in. Thank you for keeping my puppy safe and seemed to have no problems with his new home. “My Driver was Jeary. He was awesome. He was sooo apologetic because my pup had a big accident just before her arrival at my house. Jeary cleaned her and her crate up really well! I completely understood it wasnt his fault it was an accident and he was soo sorry.”
