“Our Pet Cab experience was truly Excellent!! They called us the evening before to verify our address and advise us of what to expect. Our driver, Jeary Bodette called us to update delivery status- as promised, while en route to our home to hand deliver our new puppy. He even provided that our little guy had made a pit stop - LOL! We immediately knew our puppy had been in good hands. Everything went extremely well. Our puppy is adorable and is home safe and sound. Thank you.”

“Starwood was very professional and keeping me updated step by step. Amid a pandemic it was so difficult getting paperwork ready, and with the help of Starwood they were able to do last minute vet appointments and carefully guided me through. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby Yorkie.”

“We could not be more grateful for the way our puppy "Rocky" was taken care of. From the moment he landed in California we were constantly kept informed about his well being and his whereabouts. The driver Daisy was so sweet sending photos and letting us know how he was doing. We appreciate everything she did for our puppy. Thank you so much!”

“Hi there, Tim was our Pet Cab deliverer and he was fantastic he was kind he was caring and gentle with our new little furry pet he took the time to share with us how our pet did all the way through the ride to our home . “Gary my Pet Cab driver is a great guy he first got in touch with me the night before Eloise was to arrive. On her day of arrival he let me know the plane had come early. Next thing I knew he was in my driveway with a mask and gloves on. He reluctantly handed Eloise over and told me that’s the hardest part. . Thanks Gary Thanks Pet Cab is take you myself but I won’t fit in the crate.”
