“Pat was excellent. Very pleasant and informative about is journey. She called to let me know when she was picking up my puppy and again when she was 30 minutes away. She even took a picture of us to commemorate the day.”

“I don’t know whether it was good or bad, I was not there. But obviously the puppy made it to me safely and for that I am grateful to anybody who would have assisted in that”

“Our driver Gary was amazing. He kept me informed and truly gave me peace of mind. I spoke with Gary, the day prior to delivery of our puppy, Sierra. Gary informed me of the process, stayed in touch along the way, and arrived earlier than expected. He was professional, kind and very caring with Sierra.
