“Experience was awesome. We were well informed from the day prior and my pet was well cared for. The driver cleaned up my puppy prior to handing him over. She was cuddling him and had even told me when he last ate.”

“Cab Service was a 10 out of 10. Very professional and verified my identification and if I had what I needed for dog which I did I was pleased with my service, with the delivery of the dog.”

“We had a faultless experience with Starwood. We moved our dog Coco from Los Angeles to London in December, and Starwood arranged for her travel. There were bumps along the way, but Sarah (our Pet Relocation Co-ordinator) always calmly came up with expert solutions. We’re so grateful - this was easily the part of the move I was most stressed about, and it was such a relief that we had the support of Starwood throughout.”

“Tim Hohm delivered our new baby and he was holding him when he pulled up giving him the best travel experience a new scared puppy could get. He was clean and happy and to top it off he gave us some really awesome pictures. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”
