“Kristi drove my baby Frenchie from the airport to my apartment (New Jersey into the City, which is not easy). Kristi kept in contact and arrived exactly on-time/when she said she would.”

“Pet Cab kept us informed every step of the way, Peter was our driver he called with an hour time frame and then again 5 minutes before he arrived. When he arrived with our fur baby he was so gentle and kind with her, we had to take a picture with her before he left very professional, I would recommend Pet Cab 100% it was the BEST way for our new addition and she was fine, not scared at all.”

“Pet Cab was exceptional! I can’t imagine having had better service. In addition, the companion that accompanied our new “fur baby” Shea was nothing short of awesome! Patricia was warm, considerate, and loving with our new baby. Thank you Pet Cab and an even bigger thank you to Patricia.”

“Merry Christmas!!! We are very grateful to Patricia who has transported Peyton to our doors. She took an extra care with the puppy and made him feel comfortable on his last leg to new home. “Paul was great, he kept me informed of his travels and ETA the entire time and he cleaned my pup up when he got here from the accident he had in his cage. Wonderful experience.”

“The Driver was great. She arrived well within estimated time. She called when she started out and called when she was within 40 min of her arrival time. She was very polite and gave me all papers and information. My Puppy Elli arrived well and happy. Thanks”

As we were unsuccessful in contacting you directly, we would like to reassure you that we prioritize the care of each puppy My Pet Cab receives from its flight. Rest assured, your puppy received individual attention which included a clean crate, puppy pee pad, fresh food and water upon arrival. Puppies are then offered water throughout their journey home, and pee pads are changed as needed. I apologize that our protocols were not communicated. We have used your feedback to improve our processes and emphasize that upon delivery our drivers share the details of the puppy care provided.

“Our new family member arrived on time and we were notified in a timely manner. He was clean, happy, and just as excited to meet us as we were to meet him. Calvin (the driver)was friendly and was very efficient. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable with the delivery. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother operation.”
