“Sammy was informative as to arrival time. He was polite and very cooperative especially when we had to take arrival photos and he got in the pictures too. He was very helpful getting "katie" settled in the house and explained everything regarding her papers and food. We were extremely happy with My Pet Cab and Sammy.”

“He kept us apprised of his progress and was quite friendly. I would ask for Jerry if planning to ship my dog. I communicated with him via cell. Calling the company was less fun because waiting to speak to someone took a good while and the message repeated often and with no indication that someone would ever answer the phone. They finally did answer.”

“Emailed Ben about flying my dog to Italy in November the slow season and the only response I could get was we require 6 weeks, which was given. I was given a book now option, although he refused to confirm a date.”

“They told us the morning they would be there from 4-7pm, and ended up coming just before 4pm. They followed up and told us between 330-4. Appreciated the communication and kindness. We love our pup.”

“Calvin took excellent care of my puppy on the last leg of his journey home. He arrived clean and in good condition requiring only a couple of hours to literally bounce back from his jet lag. Great service.”
