“Neil was wonderful. He told me that Bingley had had a run around and was not lethargic in anyway after the plane journey. I was very grateful for that. He had cleaned Bingley up to meet me. My nervousness went away as soon as Neil arrived. Thank you so much.”

“Everything was awesome. The sales process was awesome, my concerns were addressed and I felt good going into the process. From first email to getting my dog, the transport process was seamless and I felt I was in the hands of seasoned professionals. I couldn't be happier!”

“We received great service. Got a reminder call evening before with explanation of how service works. We also received a call from Ray who delivered to us 10 minutes before he arrived which was great. Ray was very professional and great to chat with”

“Communication was very good, from the night before arrival, en route and at delivery. Admittedly, the crate was a little less than tidy upon arrival, but Leslie did a great job getting it cleaned up for the delivery. We were happy with the service.”
