“We did not get a call with a window the day before. Which they claimed a message was left. I had to call in the morning cuz I did’t know if the plane had landed. The driver was a very caring and passionate lady and took care of my puppy. I just think ur communication could be a lil better.”

“This was my 1st time I bought a puppy from another state and I was nervous. But I was thrilled with the care my little puppy was given by My Pet Cab driver Kate. My little girl arrived safe and sound with lots of energy and love.”

“Tim came through difficult Bay Area driving and directly to our house to safely (and earlier than estimated) present our puppy clean and healthy to us. She immediately started playing in our house and has barely stopped. Thank you!”
