“The driver, Tim, was informative and arrived on time. He did a great job handling our little Chloe and took the time to explain everything that he brought with him for her. I am sure we couldn't have done a better job if we picked her up at the airport ourselves. If all your drivers are as good as Tim I would highly recommend your services.”

“Communication was good with letting us know the window our puppy would arrive and then again 15 minutes before arrival. I appreciate the driver changing her pee pad in her crate before coming to the door. It appears the driver also gave her water upon arrival. She was very thirsty which made me wonder when was the last time she received water. The plane landed at 9:00 in Long Beach and we did not receive her until 5:00. That is a long time for her to be in transport.”

“They did a good job but when my puppy arrived their water had spilled in the crate so my puppy was wet and food was mixed with their water. Also, the driver did not ask for my ID before leaving the puppy.”

“The service was amazing. Received a voice message the day before letting us know the window our new fur baby would be arriving and then a text message day of letting us know they were on the way. The woman that brought our puppy to our house was great! She explained everything before she left and we are in complete love with our new fur family member.”
