“I feel that having an activation fee of 5% becomes unreasonable when purchasing cards of $150 or more. It doesn’t cost more to activate a larger value card. I just purchased a $250 card and I’m having to pay $12.62 which is outrageous.”
“This is the third time that I have gotten a card that says it's been used as soon as I have gotten it. So I've had to rebuy them again just to get the use of it. So I don't know why but something isn't right.”
