Hi Paul I'm incredibly disappointed to see you left us a poor review before even contacting our customer services? Leaving a 1-star review for an online business is akin to throwing a brick through its window - the disruption it brings to both the business and staff morale is immense. If you did not receive what you expected, when shopping at the supermarket, would you brick their windows? Before even asking the store for help? We can sort this out for you, the post has probably lost your order. All you have to do is tell us there's a problem, and we will resend the order. We work 16 hours a day to provide excellent customer service - give us a chance to help you, and make this right. “Just received a superb item at a superb price. I had wanted a retro-styled Blacktron Cruiser but couldn't justify buying a huge amount of Lego from the official store to earn one. When I saw it come up on here with 40% off the original store price, it seemed meant to be. It arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. This is a great place to find rare items or odds and ends you need for a project.”

“Great online shop. I didn't receive my order confirmation so had to contact customer services. It was dealt with very swiftly and the item arrived in great time. Very reasonably priced too - there are Lego sets on here that are cheaper than on Amazon. I have already placed another order.”
