“Very good service, arrived within 2 days of placing the order, all minifigures packaged in separate little bags. Worked out much cheaper than buying blind bags and getting doubles of figures. The site has a very good selection and is user friendly and very easy to navigate.”

“I still haven't received the minifigure and it had been 2 and a half weeks. Also I had to pay €5 on customs for a minifigure that was €7. Ridiculous!”

Hi Nina Unfortunately we cannot dictate how long the delivery takes once your postal service has the item. The quicker the customs fees are paid the quicker the item is despatched to you from the postal service. You chose to order from the UK where customs and duty charges are applicable due to importing the item (which we also inform you of at the checkout with the following message: "£3.99 via EU Shipping - 0% VAT - Import duty and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer") if you are unhappy paying the customs charges (that your country applies and is nothing to do with us as a business) then I would advise that you don't order form the UK. You will also notice that no VAT is charged when ordering from us as we are shipping the item outside of the UK therefore some of the cost of the customs charges is the import tax applicable for your country. If you contact your local postal service they will also be able to give you a more in depth explanation as to what the fees were for. I would also advise that you use the tracking number provided to track the delivery with the postal service to try and chase up the item as if you have paid for the customs charges this is usually delivered within a couple of days afterwards.
