Unfortunately the LEGO Foil Packs do not come with instructions inside like a normal LEGO set would however these are available online and if you were struggling without them we could've sent you the link to the instructions if you were to contact us before leaving the review. Regarding the missing helmet please do drop us an email containing your order number and the issue so that we can rectify this for you.
