“I was anticipating receiving a refund because I had an issue with the transaction. When I contacted them about it, they responded, but I never got my money back. They said that the refund had been processed after I supplied them my bitcoin address. I examined my bitcoin wallet, but nothing was there. It's a shame, really. These guys often deliver quality work. But my money was never reimbursed. A screenshot of the precise transaction for which a refund was due is attached, as well as screenshots of my whole transaction history going all the way back to the time I originally opened my account.”
