“I would recommend steering clear of this site. I bid on a property, had the high bid, reserve was met and received a confirmation email stating I was high bidder. Shortly after, I received another email stating the seller rejected my bid and relisted the property (at a higher opening bid amount). They even had the nerve to invite me to bid again. I also find it interesting that they can reject any bid without explanation and yet if I were to back out of an accepted bid, I'd be penalized $1,500 but they have no repercussions when they do. Not a reputable organization!”

“I am an agent and am trying to show a HUBZU property. IT is rently secured. I have tried for 2 days and spent a few hours. I drove to the property. The access code did not work. I just spent another 45 minutes and actually spoke to someone who gave me a phone number, 2 different codes to input and then told me I would have to wait at the property for an hour before the code would be active. Is this for real? Rently secured property. I have called every number. Cant get hold of the listing agent, the rental agent, the auction agent.”

“I have done auctions in the past and this is by far the worst experience. If you are the highest bidder and it does not meet the reserve, there is no contact other than an email. Agent names for contact provided by the company do not respond any way. Customer service only contacted me after being reported to the BBB. I would love to talk to someone who got a home this way.”

“terrible service I have a realtor and it still took forever to get a key and gain access also the property was supposed to be for sale only to find out it had just been put up for auction buy real Home Services Solutions who's customer service was no better”

“Hubzu not serious company because I bid a lot of time and they send me information you are the winner but after 1 day they send me different email about sellers didn’t get enough money for the property and they put back on market same property It’s happened all the time.”

“don’t bid without seeing physically. The house I saw online was not in the location when went to see! Pls be careful, they told me that they will get back to me when I made a complain n now I can see that house was removed.”

“Keeping my fingers crossed that my bid will be accepted. Very easy/straightforward site to navigate and amazing customer service! Only negative was the listing agent (not Hubzu agent) never once answered her phone and her vmail was full. Will def be using Hubzu again!”
