“For me it was a quick process. You must get used to speaking to someone out of the country, but everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. I read about the lack of going to closing so I kept telling my friends that I think I won an auction and will be purchasing the house. Well, after the earnest money was wired I closed within 30 days. I told the chance and used their title closing company...it worked for me. Maybe because I used cash or maybe they have improved the customer service.”

“We purchased last year..it was extremely easy and efficient..my realtor would agree.!! Her office has a lot of experience with Hubzu and reassured us, since , at first, we were hesitant. This is our 5th home and it was much easier than our other traditional transactions.”

“I'm learning to buy property online at auction. I find the people handling the sales are very nice but they have no feeling of urgency when it comes to closing. They say that the sellers do not move quickly so they can't either.”

“Over all easy buying process in a market that hates forclosures and will usually put them off and not want to work with you and banks hate them but this is a very easy way to get one. It is up to you to do your own investigating and check everything out for your own personal needs but otherwise was a nice experience. I was able to purchase a very nice home in a very nice gated community in a resort area for next to nothing considering what the houses go for inside the neighborhood. It is of course a fixer upper but I will still be way ahead by the time it's done.”
