“I give it a zero this company is dishonest and is not an auction site,there are bids being made from employees to drive the pride up P***S*** is one of the fake bidders. They also don’t actually allow the winner of the auction to buy the house for that price, after the auction they send an email saying that you can now bid exclusively for an additional 100,000 dollars”

We work extremely hard to ensure that all auctions are fair and transparent. There are occasions when the auction ends without a bidder reaching the Seller’s reserve price. If the bidders are within the range of an acceptable sale price, the Seller may offer a counter offer to the auction participants. In addition, we have a process that allows us to address bidders who engage in improper behavior during the auctions. It is our goal to ensure that our customers, both buyers and sellers, have a marketplace which is free of activity that may negatively impact the auction.
